We believe one aspect of customer service that most companies neglect is the post sale experience. If your order didn’t meet your expectations, we will do anything in our power to make it right with you. Buying gear online can be intimidating. You can’t see it, pick it up, feel it, and be sure of your purchase like you can in a store. We understand that, so we are here to put some of that fear at rest. We provide 30 day, worry free returns! See the criteria below to assure your items meet the criteria!

Canceling your Order

All Items Purchased

Change your mind? Spouse find out about the purchase? No worries! Orders for any item may be canceled without penalty or fees if the cancellation request is received BEFORE the items have shipped and must be verified by a customer service representative. If you want to cancel your order, please don’t delay, as we have very speedy response times for our shipping standards. Returns

Firearms

A Firearm IS RETURNABLE if the buyer inspects the firearm upon arrival at the FFL of their choice, and the quality of the firearm does not meet the customers expectation/if the buyer no longer wants the purchase, and as long as the firearm is not transferred into the buyer’s possession. If it is a manufacturing defect, we will pay for the firearm to be transferred back to Elah Armament. If the customer simply declines the purchase, the customer will pay for shipping back to Elah Armament.

Once the firearm is transferred to the buyer, the firearm is not able to be returned to Elah Armament. We understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. Rest assured that if a firearm is defective following the transfer, most manufacturers will work with the customer to repair the damaged firearm but this occurrence is extremely rare. This will be determined by the manufacturer’s individual policies.

Accessories

Defective Accessories

Items that arrive with a manufacturer defect will be managed and handled by the buyer directly with the manufacture of the product. This is extremely rare, as most manufactures have standard quality measures that they implement to reduce issues in quality control.

Non-defective Accessories

An item that is Non-defective is an item that arrived in brand new condition with no known issues present at the time of receipt. These items are simply that the customer does not want the item any longer, a wrong size, wrong caliber, etc. These items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if the items are unused and in 100% original condition with all labels, papers and packaging materials intact. The Packaging cannot be torn or destroyed in any way. Elah Armament will issue a full refund for the item, excluding shipping costs.
